Just as you track your schedule with a paper-based organizer, you can track your appointments, meetings, and events online by using Microsoft® Office Outlook® 2003. You can even choose to be reminded that you have an upcoming time commitment.
You can keep track of the following items in your calendar:
To schedule a meeting, select a time on your calendar, create a meeting, and select people to invite. You can then see whether the people you invited are free or busy. The e-mail meeting request sent to the invitees notes whether the meeting conflicts with another commitment, and people can accept, tentatively accept, or decline your meeting. As the organizer, you can track who has accepted, declined, or proposed other times.
