To add the Vacation Calendar to Outlook

  1. Open your company's internal Web site.

    Your company's internal Web site should appear when you open Internet Explorer. If it does not, click My Company on the Favorites menu.

  2. In the Quick Launch bar, click Vacation Calendar.
  3. Click Link to Calendar.
  4. Click OK in the Outlook box to confirm that you want to add the Vacation Calendar to Outlook 2003.

    The Vacation Calendar will be displayed in Outlook 2003.
