Enter start and end times, or select All day
event.
Select any other options you want, such as setting a reminder.
If you are setting up a recurring
appointment, click
Recurrence.
Select how often the appointment will
recur and how long you want to keep the appointment on your calendar.
Click OK, and then click Save and
Close.
Notes
Using the calendar, you can also create an
appointment by selecting a block of time, right-clicking your selection, and
then clicking
New Appointment or New Recurring Appointment.
You
can also create an appointment by using Outlook Web Access. To access
Outlook Web Access,
from a computer connected to the Internet, navigate to your company's Remote
Web Workplace, and then select Read my company
e-mail.
