To check your e-mail and calendar from a mobile device

  1. On the mobile device, select Start, and then select ActiveSync.
  2. Select Synchronize.
  3. After synchronization is finished, select OK.
  4. Select Inbox to check e-mail, or Calendar to check for appointments and meetings.
