Repair was done with quality. Communication on status could be improved like when unit was recieved, more accurate repair time, unit shipped back

OMG I was hesitant to send my camcorder to get fix. Boy did you guys do a great job on fixing the problem and getting it back to me in a timley fashion. I really appreciate the job you did and would recomend you to my friends. It is hard to find a place to fix old electronics now a days, they say just buy a new one. But I like my old camcorder. Now it works great and I don't have to buy a new one.

Repair complete functional when received.

Yes the machine works well now and it was not usable before. The display is a little messed up and if I was given the option to replace it I might have done that. I don't have any idea how much more that would have cost but you should have contacted me with a quote. All that being said I am very happy and would recommend you to anyone.
