Hi Folks...

The service I received in Nov 2010 from you folks was excellent...the camcorder was repaired and cleaned in a timely manner with excellent status reports received as to the repair status. The repair camcorder worked just fine...Keep up the good work...unfortunately I "lost" my camcorder this past February during a trip to Hawaii so I am seeking a replacement.

Awesome, awesome and awesome! I had a ton of family videos on hi8 and my Sony camcorder wouldn't read them. I sent the camera in for repairs and it was quickly fixed and returned to me. Thank you so for your super service and repair. If anyone is in need of video camera repair I'm quick to suggest your service.

I thank you for keeping us posted. Well, this comming Aril 7th we'll try to record a very special performence of son's senior recital for UCLA's final requirement. THERE WE'LL SEE(KEEPING OUR FINGER CROSSED) THE SONY CAMCORDER WILL PERFORN FLAWLESSLY!!!. He may not play or perform like that any more. So its important to us to have the memory to be cherished for his parents and for his kid.

Our unit has been working perfectly!! It also turns out that I bought some old shelf stock tapes that would not work in the camera. I used another new tape and the unit works great!!! Thanks for the great service!!
