This was the second time this unit has been to A-tech electronics because after the first time, I knew that I had found the best repair facility for any electronics/video etc. Other, major, repair facilities that I had contacted years ago, when my D8 camcorder needed repair, told me that it was old out-of-date technology, and not able to be repaired. I had a few initial problems with the unit, and am still not sure why it didn't work quite right. However, with Manny's help, I got it working. I am, once again, very happy with A-Tech/DoctorSony.

Very pleased with with service performed. Work was done on time and for the agreed upon, reasonable fee. Very helpful, specific maintenance advice. I would send any malfunctioning device to A-Tech to be fixed.

Once again, the SONY Doctor has come through for me. I love the older Hi8 and 8mm video equipment, but due to my favorite models being plagued with capacitors that do not age well, they don't last as long as they have the potential to. No other repair company wanted to touch these, but Doctor SONY made them new again. It works perfectly, thank you so much! You'll see my business again I am sure.

The camera works great, however the battery tabs have broken off. You did glue one back on but now they're all broke. Can you replace the back plate? Otherwise, an excellent repair.
