Once again, the SONY Doctor has come through for me. I love the older Hi8 and 8mm video equipment, but due to my favorite models being plagued with capacitors that do not age well, they don't last as long as they have the potential to. No other repair company wanted to touch these, but Doctor SONY made them new again. It works perfectly, thank you so much! You'll see my business again I am sure.

The camera works great, however the battery tabs have broken off. You did glue one back on but now they're all broke. Can you replace the back plate? Otherwise, an excellent repair.

I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE REPAIR OF MY VCR YOU GUYS KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING. THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THE UNIT IS THE COLOR. I FOLLOWED THERE INFORMATION ON HOW TO FIX THE COLOR AND THAT DID NOT HELP BUT AS THE UNIT WARMS UP THE COLOR COMES BACK I WOULD SAY THAT IS PART OF THE DRAW BACKS OF THIS 30 YEAR VCR.
