Several years ago my TRV 340 was sent in to A-Tech, and completely restored to 100% new condition; therefore, when this TRV 250, which was given to me in "as is" condition, needed a complete check over, it went to A-Tech, and now it too has joined my family of D8 camcorders. When my tired VHS VCR needs rescuing, it will automatically be on it's way to A-Tech. As they say, you can send it to someone locally, or you can send it where it will be repaired by experts. They have my complete trust. HB

I own a small film and videotape transfer service in Alabama. My business requires the use of hardware that is no longer manufactured, therefore it is imperative that I can ensure my customers that my used equipment provides the best transfer quality available. I sent my Sony Hi-8/Video 8 player/recorder to A-Tech Electronics for service in late September. They quickly diagnosed some problems with it, fixed those problems for a reasonable price and had the unit back to me in a very short time. I am pleased with the video and audio quality of the unit and will continue to use A-Tech Electronics for any repairs I may need in the future. Thank you.

Everything is working great on my camcorder. He spent a lot of time with me through e-mails in giving me different ideas on how to fix it first but eventually he had to fix himself. He was a pleasure to work with and all done quickly.

This was a very nice experience in getting this repaired.I had this unit repaired before but it lasted only a couple of days of use. The whole repair process was smooth and with out issues. Fast diagnosis, clear and accurate assessment, quick turn around equals perfectly working EV-C100. I couldn't have asked for better service and not just because A-Tech is the only game in town for repair of this system. The process is very straightforward beginning with the on-line registration system, through to okaying the repairs, pre-payment and return of your repaired item. You don't get service like this anymore and I'm glad A-Tech is around.
