I thank you for keeping us posted. Well, this comming Aril 7th we'll try to record a very special performence of son's senior recital for UCLA's final requirement. THERE WE'LL SEE(KEEPING OUR FINGER CROSSED) THE SONY CAMCORDER WILL PERFORN FLAWLESSLY!!!. He may not play or perform like that any more. So its important to us to have the memory to be cherished for his parents and for his kid.

Our unit has been working perfectly!! It also turns out that I bought some old shelf stock tapes that would not work in the camera. I used another new tape and the unit works great!!! Thanks for the great service!!

Wow, That was some time back ago, However I am extremely pleased with the service you provided as it has been functioning very well. It was an easy process to do over the internet and I have no complaints. Actually thinking about sending you another unit for repair.
