Everything went smooth and am happy with the service.

Works perfectly. Could find no one local that would even look at the unit. I wanted to digitize some old Hi-8 tapes and the cost of someone else doing it was high. I had a VCR but it was old and would eat tapes. doctorsony fixed the unit and I was able to digitize all my old tapes, even a couple that had been eaten before. Glad I did it. Very happy customer.

Unit on return worked as promised where others had failed. Communication was excellent. I have other units I might like to bring in but would rather not ship. I do not see provision for hand carry. I would recommend this service to anyone interested.
