I did receive the unit and finally got to use it just yesterday. It works beautifully! Thank you soooo much! My only critique would be better online status updates. I kept checking but the status did not change. It wasn't until I sent an email that I was informed that you would "get to your deck from our current repair queue by mid next week and have an answer". An online list of the place in the queue would be helpful. |

Appears to be in good working order but have not yet tried to record any video. Worked on transferring previous video from cassette to DVD with no problems. Load and eject worked great as well as rewind, fast forward and other functions relating to cassette. |

Thanks for the quick service. I received the unit with some shipping damage, but it was clearly the post offices fault. There was a fairly large hole in the box and the front panel was damaged. I was able to bend it back in place and it played a tape so I think it will be okay. I’ll let you know if I need anything else from you. Thanks. Mark |

DrSony provided EXCELLENT repair and customer services. I had him repair a 20 something year old 8mm vcr that I am using to transfer precious family video to digital format. He completed the repairs on time and the deck is working very well. His online service process is efficient and allows customers to check the status of their repairs and subsequent shipping.
