Great work. I could have cleaned the heads Myself but I know that a professional cleaning is better than doing it yourself. As I have repaired several SONY S-VHS VCR's Myself and I know that there is More to it if you want it done right

The unit works perfectly and now I'm able to enjoy my family videos. What a treasure that is! They even fixed the cosmetic damage that occurred during shipping of my unit to their facility caused my own packaging error. Very good service! 4-stars!

The camera worked very well when it came back to me. I heard no static in the microphone, and the lens was a lot better. Alas however, the camera had seen better days. Weeks ago, when I was filming outside, the camera had suddenly died on me while recording. The death of the camera was unrepairable and I had called it quits. They did a good job repairing the camera and refurbishing it, but again the camera has seen better days.
